Great video! I purchased this Friday and it arrived today 5-6-24, super fast shipping. I have a 2021 Hobie 14ft PA 360. My kayak has the guardian plate and this product works perfect with it. I used the hardware that came with the Hobie and the Garmin Stryker 4 just like you show in the video.

Looking forward to seeing how you mount the fishfinder to the chair. If this transducer works on other model Hobies with the Lowrance plate I recommend changing the name to "Hobie Lowrance Garmin adapter" or something so people don't think it's for the Compass only. Also when I go to the store page I expect to see your parts at the top, but I have to scroll to the bottom to see them.

I believe it will but I haven’t tested it yet to have a 100% answer. The store page has a ton of parts on it. We try to keep it separated so it stays organized. It’s a new item and the Compass section is at the bottom of the page.

Will your adapter work with the 2023 Compass? Also, I’m pretty sure I’ve lost the bolt that came with the Garmin. Any idea its size? I’m thinking it’d be easy to get the same thing from a hardware store.

It should work without issue and getting a bolt from the hardware store shouldn’t be a problem.
