I am satisfied with this 125, I weigh 105 kg, in good conditions and on a flat surface it goes 90-100 km/h gps, that is real. In the tunnel I reached a real 112 km/h, but the tunnel has already closed, maybe it would have been 115, it's hard to say. I think that changing the exhaust, filter and rider and the like would improve the performance, but this is not a bike about speed and highway movements. It is pleasant to drive in the countryside, it is pleasant to refuel it, it is pleasant to work on it in the city and it is pleasant to drive it even in the hills, because it has a good torque from the lower revs.

Speed limits around the world are getting lower and lower, so stay a step ahead by owning a bike that's still fun without going fast. That's not gonna be a 750!

I'm almost 100Kg and had my 125F up to just over 100KMH. To he fair though, it's not a speed I'd like to ride my CB at on the highway - I'd like a little more in reserve. But for around town it's a brilliant bike - I love it!!!!!

Add: Scorpion Exhaust (tube) and a chinese akrapovich. Top Speed: 140km/h (sometimes wanting more -> in descents). Needlessly to say that 140km/h you’re in red line. I may be wrong but I believe mine has hit 150 with wind on the back while descending. (I dont trust the meter).

Forgot to add: you get roughly +10km/h and the consumption is literally the double (4.2l/100km). Worth it? If you use highways and don’t mind spending more gas (yes); otherwise: no. I haven’t tried my k&n filter with this setup. But I’m almost sure 15km extra and torque will be granted. Now.. With this setup: perhaps a bigger pin wheel would be justified.

To be added (also): this is a 125; so.. it takes time to get to 140. Overall: 120 km/h is the (top speed - straight and fairly quick - for a 125).

I swapped the exhaust on my one and going straight without with wind behind me I got 72 mph/ 114 kph so not too bad.

gear ratio is too short from factory. Gears are too close. Change sprockets to 16-42 instead of 15-45 and you keep the same chain lenght

Mine dose 60mph 2up toppes out at 69mph . Exhausts been swapped for black widow . Std was too quiet to be safe.. Rest is std other than the rack and box on too. Has sat at 55-60mph most the of 60mls run 2up

My Brixton Cromwell 125 (same engine base) reaches 95-100kmh more easily and, with the ideal conditions, few wind and plan road, reaches 105-107kmh...

OMG: i didnt know could swap gear size.. my cb125 is used for commute to work in 45mph .= i want to smooth out the jerkys and increase top speed when on interstate! ! this will work..

Why is it so slow? My KTM Fuke 125 is by no means the fastest 125, but Ive done 135 kmh downhill and 124 on a straight. 0-100 in 14 seconds, why doesnt this one do it at all?

Μπορεί το sum jet x να είναι πιο γρήγορο αλλά να δούμε σε βάθος χρόνου την ανθεκτικότητα και αξιοπιστία του sym και του Honda. Δεν νομίζω να αντέξει το sym όσο το honda
