@@bekeneel the drive from the V4 out of turns is mind blowing. They're so easy to ride fast & far easier on tyres too. I had litre IL4s for many years, the V4 is far superior. I had no idea someone made bikes this good. Just my opinion.

Preferences are what they are, we have to acknowledge that Ape is on the same chassis since 2009. Some very minor tweaks since inception and still being one of the fastest track bikes of super bike shootouts.

Honda .. reliability, and quality parts and build. After market support and parts much more accessible. Better front forks, smart key system, Stock Akra.. 5 grand difference is alot of coin however longetivity and reliability its a honda. Still is it 5 grand better? On the fence on this one.

The Smart Key system is not something that I would consider an advantage. Prefer having an actual key and mechanical switch.

I dunno about the, "Torquey" but anyone who's experienced or saw, CBR smashes the Aprillia. Saw it in Sepang. Track times we're about half a second different. Especially on the long straights. Also, NPX is the newest suspension of Ohlins i don't see the Aprillia faster in corners. Only 25mm is the difference in wheelbase so there isn't much difference if i say so. Durability and Reliability wise, i'd go for the Honda rather than the V4's. Super expensive and very hard to maintenance. Japanese bikes are just the bikes to have.

Most people that tried rsv4 said that it isnt as nimble and flickable as cbr. Maybe in 500m drag race, RSV4 will win, but if you take both bike to circuit, most likely cbr will prevail. But

I had a 2016 CBR for 3 years 2019-2022, and now i have a 2013 rsv4. The cbr was great and all dont get me wrong, but the rsv4 just feels *right*. Accelerates faster and smoother, corners lower easier and not to mention that exhaust note. *chef's kiss*. The rsv4 also feels easier to handle, lets say you're pushing around the garage. ...or i might've become a better rider these few years 😂

I wonder how much less the performance of the Aprilia would be if it's cubic centimeters was on an equal footing with the CBR double r or any other 1000. Honda was able to ring as much or more horsepower out of their thousand then the aprilia's 1100 in the Honda has a significant lower compression ratio which could be upped. I missed seeing their quarter mile times and speed but they're probably about equal.

Although it's not a secret Honda was never up to tech or speed until now and this bike is a bit too expensive because of the new development. Still Id get the RSV4 cuz of looks and sound.

Gosh... Honda's really aren't that cheap when they actually make a great sports bike. The regular cbr1000 is subpar on today's standards. But 20% more than an aprilia when the Honda has 1 more hp and weighs 1 kg less, and has much less torque is kinda harsh

Some things don't travel through spec sheets, the Hondas had countless praises about it's feel, chassis, suspension, and quality. The 1100cc engine seems to win alot of people over though, cheeky aprilia and ducati eh.. Torque is the favourite name nowadays.

I have a CBR RR-R in my garage under a sheet just sitting there. Its not mine. The owner never rides it preferring his AT. Im like dude sell that thing. Bah! Its funny cause I had an 18 RSV4 and flew off a mountain street racing an R1 w/ no track exp. Yea my bad. Then off to a Panigale V4S, and now Multistrada V4S, but I want this RSV4. See if he would sell that CBR I could have my RSV4...why doesn't he get that?

@@hilmanfirgiansyah9728 I'm not sure if you mean like badass tough motors or badly build but if it's the latter you're in a minority Honda Bill engines won the Indy in 2004 and 2005 and again in 2011 you're not going to win that race was even an average motor. I believe it was 1997 John krasinski on a 750 V4 Honda beat Carl Fogarty on a 916 or a 955 CC Ducati, I believe it was Carly b for the title if so Carl should be ashamed losing to a 750 but it is a hell of a 750 engine still much smaller yeah I know it's a four-banger versus a twin so what there's no replacement for displacement.
