Hey Justin. I had a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback in Blue Flame. Loved my little car but it was time for something larger. Amazingly, my new 22 CRV TURBO gets better mileage than my Corolla! I drive on the HWY and run many nearby errands not on the HWY. I average 32.1 mpg. My Corolla was 28 to 29. Love my Turbo!

A lot of OBD2 devices out there. However, some know to look for these. You could always hide a bluetooth tracker in the vehicle or go with something like a tile/airtag.

I've owned the 2022 touring hybrid for 3 weeks. 90% of driving is in town. I'm an ez driver, I dont use sport mode or gun it when the light turns green. My MPG is nowhere near 40. The best MPG I get is 25-26. And that is in eco mode in central Illinois (flat). Very dissapointing.

Does not surprise me, all these so called epa ratings are greatly exaggerated, you never seem to get more than 30 miles to the gallon in anything, guess their allowed to lie. This is the same with all the vehicles I think.

If you didn't want to pay for the hotspot built into the car, you could use the hotspot on your phone. If you would rather pay so that multiple people could use that in the car you can. At this point it's kind of convenience...
