We own a 2020 EX-L and love it! I note there is no change from mine to the 2022. Sonic gray looks nice, but I don't want anything that "pops out"...I don't want a car to stand out. Just want to keep a low profile.

Thank you for highlighting EXL. Was surprised with the space in the middle. Hubby and I are constantly looking for space to place our keys, cellphones etc. We owned CRV now but I’ve been wanting to have leather. I wish 19” wheels come with EXL.

I have a 2017 EX-L and it has to be the best all-around vehicle I’ve ever owned. Smooth, quiet, and fast acceleration. Rides and handles very well. Gets 35-40 mpg. Has loads of cargo space. It is little wonder why Honda has kept everything pretty much the same since 2017.

My wife had an '08 CRV, it was a great car, even did great when it was wrecked in a head on collision.

Bought a new 2019 touring, 20k on it now, it's been a very good vehicle. Side windows in the very back could be bigger and I don't get the best mpg with the economy on, around 26 , 27mpg economy off Close to 30,31mpg. Will definitely trade for another crv touring in 23..and the radio isn't any better than the radio in my 1977 280z.

Very nice video. I own a CR-V a 2020 EX. I hit a deer with my other car and (not by choice) drove a 2021 RAV4 rental for a month. Once upon a time I was a Toyota loyalist. I now own TWO CR-Vs. I bought a second 2022 EX-L to replace my car the deer killed! Sorry, Toyota. CR-V for the Win.

@@lw7066 WIth all upgrades, it was just under $42k I got the larger wheels, weather mats, and their 'leather' equivalent. silver/black trim grey interior

It's still a great car, but it's heavily due for a redesign. To put in perspective, it has the same old infotainment system as the 2016 Civic, but the 2018 Accord, which is 4 years older than this CRV, has the new Honda Infotainment system.

2 corrections: the rear seats recline, and the center console tray moves forward so that all of the console is covered.

@@tiredofthebs9 Yes. You pull the handle on the top of the seat, located beside of the headrest, and push the seat back. It may already be reclined, but if you want to have it sitting straight up, just pull it towards you a little bit. It will latch into place.

Personally as someone that a few years ago didn’t think I would be having kids anytime soon I wish I would have bought this car then because guess who is now having a baby and had no choice but to spend more money to buy this! Lol not that I regret it, I loved my last car and love this car but you will spend more money in the long run likely changing vehicles instead of just getting an SUV long term if you plan to have kids

If I had the coin, and wanted a Civic with CRV practicality. I would go with the Civic hatchback. Lower to the ground, also lower loading height, seats fold down, drives well like a car, better than a Fit. If you buy the last generation get one with the S as the first letter in the VIN. Why? The Civic hatchback is probably the most reliable car ever built in England.

I know right....got rid of a 2017 because dealership just said that the fix was more frequent oil changes with a premium oil.

Curious, hence these questions. Does dealerships care about your videos enough? If yes, is it that difficult for them to wash the model you are filming & park it in a spot with more light but less direct Sun so videos are better?

Not sure what you are trying to portray with this video. You gloss over everything so fast, I have seen so many video's like this of the crv. You need at least a little deeper explaination of certain things. Example: the rear seat fold down on the crv goes flat. That is a nice advantage. Another is the front drivers seat adjustment memory. You could have explained how nice that feature is. Solw down the presentation. I am out of breath with yours.

Love your reviews~ I wish you wold have folded the back seats down to show total cargo room in back. Honda really should offer the 2.0 turbo 4 from the accord~ THAT would have it ahead of the RAV4

@@MrWelfarehater Too early to tell of course. We absolutely love the car. It's everything we'd have ever wanted. We were stunned reviews gave the RAV4 better marks for handling. It's not even a race, Honda destroys them.

Idk the RAV4 looked way more outdated to me personally on the interior. I love this design. I am coming from a 2019 Camry XSE and I can honestly say it’s at the same level and I have much more room and better gas mileage for the same price.

I was averaging 38 mpg on the trip home. That's not bad from a little gas engine. Actual milage may vary.

Ironically I am a huge fan of the Forester, an excellent SUV. Especially in the Autumn Green Metallic. About the same price. I think you get more color options in the Subaru. Is it better than a CRV or the very popular RAV4? I don't know. Probably comes down to preference. I think where the Forester really shines is against BMW X3 or Mercedes GLB/GLC. Subaru is probably as close to luxury you can get in a mainstream car. That is my opinion of course.

RAV design is for off-road not for city commute or long distance travel. Unlike the CR-V, hulkish design and large cargo space. The rim of this CR-V trim is bad, it's disappointing.
