I think you did a really good job with the camera settings for the night POV. Most other night drives are either way too dark or washed out. I think this is an absolutely perfect balance. I have no problems watching it on my phone or my PC. Keep up the amazing content

I’m always getting flashed too lol. The headlights are great.. especially coming from the Sonata N Line that just has the reflectors. Oddly one of my biggest reasons for trading it. My friend has a new mini and those LEDs are way brighter than ours even. Wonder if the ENs are just positioned higher than normal

@@DScottMoore no DCT issues at all. There was a software update recently for a batch of cars from America and no where else but there hasn't been any other issues. It's been solid since 2019. I've done over 120,000ks in my i30n DCT here in Australia. No issues. DCT is so responsive, nothing compares except a pdk from Porsche

Yes. You can set it up at any rpm until redline.

@@DJR5280 I have around 87k miles on my jb4 sonata 2.0t, also been tuned for over 50k miles with NO issues. It's important to keep a 3-5k oil change interval, do GDI cleaning, and get the recalls done (if any) as soon as possible with these cars. After owning a few other hyundai products that lasted over 180k miles I found that constant maintenance is the key to longevity with this brand.

Any ability to adjust the color of the displays/instruments/buttons for night driving? Blue and green light isn't as effective at maintaining night vision as red is. Combine that with displays that could be too bright and it can be harder to see at night.

The best thing about the Elantra N is that it is a pretty reasonable price. And unlike its competitors, you can get into one of for around MSRP, you wont have to pay over 40k for one of these. Unlike the Civic Type R which is already an expensive car at 44k even without the markups, you wouldnt be able to find a new Type R under 50k, where I am in Connecticut, they are being marked up to 55, even over 60k. The Type R may be a better car. but 20 thousand dollars better? I doubt it.

Why do the headlights show more towards the driver's seat than the passenger seat? I can tell driver side A pillar is bright enough and passenger side A pillar is dark. Same thing with my Kia Forte Gt headlight with fog lights.

Yes, there is a recall for the dct version but there is one youtuber who has the 6 speed manual version and it went limp mode on him but I am not sure if they were able to fix it for him. Yes, Hyundai/Kia have the best warranty bumper to bumper but they have a few recalls the last few years that’s making me scared of getting this brand becoming a headache to maintain.

@@Zerohearts0 Hyundai has a bad recall on the 8 speed wet dct transmission. Basically make the car stop working mid drive. No accidents caused by it yet, but last thing you want is for the car to suddenly have no power while you're driving through a busy intersection.

Don't get pulled over in California in Track mode in one of those its 4K fine for that stock exhaust. You have to bring it to the Ref can have it tested which they will say it's stock and then you can't drive it. 😂
