As the vehicle approached the camera on one of its driving views I wondered how cool it would be for that Grand Cherokee to look as a pickup. As the owner of an '87 Comanche, I dream of the day Jeep makes a Cherokee based pickup again...

I was driving a Grand Cherokee L Limited on a short road trip.. the V6 feels quicker than it is. I averaged 32 mpg on the highway. Not sure how accurate that is. The interior even on the lower trims are super nice. I want one lol.

it's annoying i can't get the 950w mcintosh and massaging seats on the trailhawck here in Canada, I need a mandatory upgrade to the overland trim. Is it the same in US?

3:16 -- correct me if I'm wrong, but previous GC Trailhawk v6 makes 0-60 in 7.4s +10k$ MSRP for display on passenger side and round knob instead of shifter. Nice job, Italian designers...

This generation of grand cherokee wk2 on a solid frame, the new wl is no longer available, the dealer in Australia sent me with regards to the welded frame in wk2: Monocoque Body with Built-in Ladder Frame They say that superior off-road handling capability could only come at the expense of on-road smoothness. They have obviously never driven grand cherokee . By incorporating a lightweight and highly rigid monocoque body with a built-in ladder frame that provides added resistance to torsion and flexing and fixing them atop a dynamic independent suspension, Grand cherokee achieves an unprecedented combination of all-terrain control and luxury-sedan comfort. For added durability, grand cherokee now makes more extensive use of galvanized steel body panels, while the new aluminum hood panel reduces weight for better handling.

4xe Has been canceled for 2022. Its going to be released as a 2023 with new orders starting this june. I have had one on order since January and I was just told this week by my dealer that this 2023 rebrand is happening.

Jeep went too long without redesigning the previous generation, at least substantially, that it started to look dated in its last couple years. Introducing this redesign gives the Grand Cherokee new life. It's stylish, crisp, fresh and will age well.

Exactly what I thinking. My 2004 GC 4.0Liter did it in 8.5 seconds - so they shaved off .3 tenths in nearly 20 years - embarrassing. I just could not buy another jeep. So I went with the base 2021 Honda Passport Sport 0-60 in 6.5 = that's more like it.

This is the base engine, don't you realize this. There is a 5.7L hemi and in the near future the new 3L twin turbo six with huge power coming out soon.

@@Renegade040 of course - that's the point. The base engine is lame and it's $40k. My Honda is a base at $35k and it's as quick as the Hemi at $65k will be. The twin-turbo will be an interesting engine but while we wait until 2024 I will smoking past every new GC at the stoplight with money to spare for a motorcycle and trailer for it. Come on Jeep.

I don’t know about those carbon numbers. 6 tons hm roughly 12,000 pounds. A gallon of water is about 8 pounds so thinking gasoline weighs about the same. That’s about 1500 gallons of gas if ever ounce becomes co2 🤨

I was going to consider buying one, but the drivetrain is just too old. They need to put in a turbo six to up the ante. 0-60 in 8.2 seconds is ridiculous for this day and age and even mor absurd when you consider the price.

Been driving a '15 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk since new. Other than a failed PTU (replaced for free under warranty), it has seen nothing else other than regular maintenance items.
