currently Im driving kia optima ex 2019 model for more than 2yrs+. I really like this car. fuel economy is very good. yes the ride is on the side of European more like a conti also. on the firm side a bit. good for high speed cruising very stable. when kia launched this carnival. I went for a test drive and test all the features for about an hour. one word, excellent car. one day I will own one.

Totally agree with the review. Just got my 8S hi 3 weeks back and the car has been stellar. The ACC accuracy is spot on and almost volvo/ Tesla level. Fuel efficiency is excellent, im getting around 18-19km/l for highway trips which our 1.8 HRV cant even match

Great review. Overall its a very good choice. Its not perfect (but what on Earth does) however i do believe you when you said that this is unrivalled in its segment. I predict it will stay that way for quite some time. Hope it will not be the choice of Alphard/ Vellfire crowds. They can stay where they are.

Only downside is spy camera of the back passengers not available, no camera of the blind spot when you signal and leatherette instead of leather for the 8 seater.

Depends on your need for space. If you need to carry more than 4 pax regularly, then yes. If you only occasionally use the rear-most seats, then perhaps not. But the Kia Carnival is definitely more fuel efficient, and practical (owing to its size & packaging).

I love it. Such a no brianer. Hope Hyundai comes out with a variant. The Staria seems to high a price and not as flexible seat options/space. Another downside is diesel emits more harmful elements than petrol from an environment stand point.
