I can’t figure out why on our new Kia Sorrento the tach is on the right and the speedometer is on the left it has the four-cylinder turbo eight speed clutch as well can it be changed

I bought a 2022 Sorento SX supposedly X line prestige AWD and I say that bc it had a dealer made window sticker and not the original bc I bought it a year old my car doesn't have paddle shifters but my 21 sportage sx did I wonder why this is?

Can you use the sportmatic mode to do engine braking?
