Use less clutch in turns and downhills. It will help keep you from stalling, not locking up the rear to almost stop helps keep it going too

Good job though otherwise. Keep working at it and you will get better

Thanks for the tips! I've gotten much better at this over the past year. Going to race this exact same track again this weekend! It will be interesting to see this video here vs. the one I'm about to film and compare the progress I've made.

Awesome video! I loved that course. I don't know where that guy was going that wrecked coming down the hill.

Nice video. How do you have your go pro mounted?
@ThomperBeThompin3 жыл бұрын
I bought a $10 backpack strap mount off of amazon. The trick is using the GoPro 360 which has an extremely wide angle coupled with horizon lock. This seems to work out decently considering the new rules from AMA for 2021.

Nice video! Did you change your tires when you went tubeless?
@ThomperBeThompin3 жыл бұрын
I actually kept the stock tires which worked out really well as far as mounting. I've heard it's better to mount a fresh pair of tires with tubeless because the impressions left by the rim lock can affect how well everything seals. I didn't have any issues though.

Good riding! What made you step up from the CRF250F?
@ThomperBeThompin3 жыл бұрын
The 250f is a great bike and I would have loved to have kept that in addition to getting the ktm. My garage and wallet however, could only handle one bike. Since I've become enamored with hare scramble racing, I figured it best to be on an extremely capable steed as I continue to improve my skills.

I unfortunately bought one of these pieces of crap. The dealers cannot fix it and KTM will not cover anything under warranty even though it ran like shit from the 1st day. I will never buy a KTM again. I was warned I would regret it.

@@eastwood4006 Yup. Because people only want to here the positives in life. But live has neagative happenings also, like KTM. How would you like to buy a new bike and never be able to ride it due to nothing you did wrong? By telling my story others have posted on KZbin about their similar experiences. This provides a more rounded, true to life picture. And now KTM has competely removed many of the last generation's EFI issues / parts. If they had all been great they would likely have kept them. So grow up.
