Much better than the Mercs, BMWs, and Audis. The only reason most people buy those cars is just because they are popular brands. Looks dashing, fantastic infotainment system, terrific mileage with that hybrid powertrain, very smooth and comfortable, stands out from the crowd and has that legendary, unbeatable Toyota reliability. What's not to like here?

Interior looks outdated, straight from 2010, no way anyone would pay 74L for such interior. Engine is also feeble compared to the rivals. The only thing unique and different about this car is the grill

It looks very compact more like a competitor to GLA/X1 rather than GLC, but yea looks way better in terms of quality and yes its a hybrid.

If you are sick of the high running costs of German brands , Lexus is the car - the most reliable , luxury car. It's a fact, not a statement...when you realise how the Japanese literally kicked "Germans" with this awesome car.Lexus Toyota could even roll out the 2022 UX 200 her in india.

Love the way the wheels look. Remind me of the Lexus LFA ones. They added alot of curves to the exterior that a existing owner of the current NX will probably get jealous. Love the idea of the anti static mat on the door. I hate that electric shock so i push on the glass to close the door. I think they have removed analog clock 🕰 from interior which was a classic for them.

It's more expensive now, but it's more lasting too. Lexus easily lasts 15 years without issues. German cars need a kidney every 5 years.

Lexus NX is completely CBU unit(Imported car) so naturally the taxes are higher in india....Lexus ES300 is the only car they have local assembly at the moment

Classic example of how you take a fine car, take out all the good bits about it and just go with the market trend to finally come out with a shitty ass ride. The only reasons people considered the earlier NX apart from the reliability quotient are the massive unhindered moon roof, tactile feel buttons & knobs and more importantly, the electronic reclining and folding rear seats that also has ventilation. Rather curious to find out how market reacts to this new one.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but this car is bleh. Very ordinary looking, and does not look premium at all. For those who are looking to buy a premium vehicle may prefer to go for the German brands. This car is a over-hyped Toyota.

On any given day I will choose X3 I always feel Lexus is over hyped car with some premium fittings to the Toyota. Anyway BMW X3 handling, sporty ride and sheer German engineering will punch out Lexus.

Toyota is stuck in its stupid vision that pure electric would not take over the world … their electric vision is a sure shot way to ruin… given that the entire car already have complete electric setup… increasing the range to 100km (instead of 5) along with plug-in charging(additional systems would be needed ) that would have made it incredible as 90% of cars don’t do more than 100km in a day and even when you want to do so…there is always the full petrol option …
