Bro Intha budget ku kandipa Kia Carens prestige vangalam 1.6airbag 2.third row ac 3.usb and type C 4.one touch tumble 5. 7seat option 8.tyre pressure monitoring from the base model 9.better infotainment and better audio system 10.Sunroof …. Etc …. So Carens is the winner if the price of the xl6 haven’t increased then definitely I’ve considered xl6 but now it’s questionable …

On road price of zeta variant in last December is 11.75 lakhs as the ex-shoowroom price is 9.98 lakhs which made it tax exemption from luxury category. Now the on road price is more than 14 lakhs, which means price hike of close to 2.5 lakhs. Also the new features like tyre pressure monitor, adaptive reverse camera, 360 degree camera and ventilated seats are not available in zeta variant

In both xl6 and kia, options like ventilated seats, type pressure monitor and 360-degree camera are available only in the top end models . XL6 ALPHA PLUS and kia carens luxury on road price is approximately 15 lakhs and 19 lakhs for petrol variant. Kia carens premium and prestige variants not even have basic features like alloy wheels, push start, automatic AC, led lights and r16 tires, but which is covered in xl6 zeta variant. Everybody talking good about kia carens features, but which model carries that feature and what is the price of that model matters. Also kia carens petrol variants claims Arai of 15km/litre, but reality mileage of kia and Hyundai petrol variants are very less. Even though the price hike of maruti is not justifiable, still it's in the category of lesser price

To enjoy long tours we used to take acting driver. So Maruti must think of releasing xl6 in both 6& 7 seater options. Surely it will boost the sales of xl6. Many customers are choosing Kia Carens only because of this defect. Carens is providing both 6&7 seater options. To stop customers moving to some other brands immediately Maruti must release xl6 in both 6&7 seater options.

Major update it requires is a more powerful engine. Not updating the same 1.5l naturally aspirated engine with dual vvt. Along with fuel efficiency it also requires some power to move 6 people more easily and enthusiastically
