One of the best handling cars for the track. It must be a blast to drive one.

When the driver blips their brake lights in front of you - is that a signal or just settling the car down?

Heel-toe downshift maybe? Or "pls don't bump me here"?

Usually done to make sure the brake isn’t soft and is all primed and ready to go before the next corner.

I watcehd it for a while and it seems that the cars do that when the driver lifts off of throttle.

Testing the brakes to make sure there’s pedal before a hard braking zone. N rare occasions, the rotor might explode.

why did you let them get ahead of you on the straight?

rules and safety regulations most likely, you can't weave from side to side on the track just to be a rolling roadblock, typically in road racing you are allowed two moves before you have to stick with the line your on and you can NEVER change your line once your in a braking zone

That black car that came in the battle later on, why did it seem to be much faster?
@davidthompson9523 күн бұрын
he was being bump drafted (pushed) by multiple cars which makes the entire line/group of cars go a little bit faster, it's typically used to break away from a group but it can also be used to catch back up to a group

I don’t get that. In bicycle drafting, the leader is not sped up by the people behind him. He expands his energy soon and has to drop to the back. How could following cars possibly speed up the leader? I can’t understand any aerodynamics that would explain that.
