So many things stood out to me during this video. I'm just going to haphazardly list these Moments of Truth: 1. I'm so glad you do voiceovers. It helps so much not having to read subtitles with my low vision. I can just focus on what you're doing in the video instead of rewinding over and over to read captions. Plus, it helps that your voice is pleasing and you're good at succinctly summing up your thoughts. 2. "Growth" + cross sections of tree stumps = seriously significant visual theme. 3. The difference between a full moon and a new moon is "literally" day and night. Very clever. 4. Thank you for reminding us in every journal setup video that the best system is whatever and whenever works for US. We need to hear that, especially those of us who freeze in the light of our own perfectionism. Hope you're back to 100% very soon. Glad the hardest part of Covid is over. Be well and happy. I love that you start a new journal when needed, no matter where in the year you are. I have a work bujo that I fill up every 4-6 weeks depending on how many meetings I take notes about. My personal bujo has been in one journal because I've planned it that way, but that means less space for other spreads. Luckily it is 192 pages!

I was finding it strange that the sun would go down very early when I was visiting my family in the Netherlands back in Winter 2013. Here in Australia, during winter, the sun goes down around 5:15pm at most maybe even 5pm.

This was such a pretty and clean set up! I loved that tree stump page - especially with how you layered the titles over the top of the stickers. Also the colour palette set up - such a cool idea to combat lack of space!

i wish you hadn't filled in all the moon phases because we can't really know how it goes unless a new moon appears, we can only see a lunar month ahead at a time. anyway, really loved these spreads!! ♡

I love the period tracker! I have been using an app for my period tracking for a few years and I have started feeling as though it's more of a chore to update. I have also just made my August spread and had a spare page I had no idea what to do with. Now I do! And what a better way to have less screen time!

Wow! I really enjoyed watching this new journal setup. I loved what you said in this video, about it does not have to be Jan for you to begin a journal. I was just counting my pages and just realized that I would be ending just maybe 2 months before the end of this year, but it is what it is. There is no perfect journal, but a well used journal 🤷🏽‍♀️ I really loved the way you used the tree stickers and wrote over them. 😍 I currently just do an astrology/tarot journaling, but am looking for ways to cut journals I currently use to maybe 3 out 5. This looks so beautiful! I very much want to switch to bullet journaling (very much inspired by you and other youtubers) but since I have a perfectly good planner I'm forcing myself to wait till I finish it and just decorating the pages in that more haha It just feels like a waste to not use it all the way through since it works even though I already have ideas for improvement for next year and for the first time am using all of the blank pages it has at the back.
