Millennium Force is a steel roller coaster located at Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio. Manufactured by Intamin, it was the park's fourteenth roller coaster dating back to the opening of Blue Streak in 1964. Upon completion in 2000, Millennium Force broke six world records and was the world's first giga coaster, a term coined by Intamin and Cedar Point to represent roller coasters that exceed 300 feet (91 m) in height and complete a full circuit.

Most terrifying part is definitely the lift hill it's positioned in the scariest angle possible it looks like your just climbing into space

It's scary, But it's fast VS Magnum (even though THAT'S not as high). I'm an "older" rider (61). Ironically, I'm not into heights! I will ride any coaster any time, but I won't go on a Ferris Wheel (Despite having been born TWO BLOCKS from George Ferris's house in Pittsburgh, LOL) Once the coaster is going at speed, I'm in there digging it. The first list hill is what ALWAYS "gets me', So, Um Yeah, The Millenium Force "freaked me out" LESS than "Magnum" are both AWESOME coasters though! 10/10 for both!

This is my favorite Millennium Force POV, even though it is definitely not the most stable. It gives you the most realistic POV... turning to the side on the incline... focusing straight down on the drop... seeing the other riders in front. Nice job!

I rode this for the first time this past Sunday(May 5th). My tallest coaster to date! I loved it! Last season I was the biggest baby with it, I refused to get into line for it with my friends. So if I can do it, anyone can do it. My advice for first time riders: yes the thought and look of it is quite scary, but you got to push through the fear, Mille isn't as bad as it looks. You won't regret riding it! Also, get in line for it in the morning when the line is relatively short, gives you less time to think about it. Or buy fast lane

I’m going next Sunday and I am TERRIFIED to ride this lmao but I already told my partner I will. Is the first drop as bad as i feel like it's going to be (which is horrible)? ive literally rode Top Thrill and was fine but thats because its starts off so fast you dont have time to think.

@SoWhatHo The first drop wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It really isn't that bad. Go on it first thing in the morning when the line is at its shortest, gives you less time to think about it. You got this!
