Hi! I am going to buy my first hardtail soon and wondering if you can help me to choose between the 2 bike that i keeping my eye on. Either 2021 norco torrent A2 HT 29 which is I can buy in the local bike shop here in canada or 2021 vitus sentier 27 VRS through CRC. Can you please influence me.

I bought the HT 2 last year and have been pretty happy with it. Yes the fork and rear freehub is garbage so the HT 1 is probably a better option, but I'm new to the trail and as an old boy at 53 this is plenty good enough for me.

Do you think the fluid would work well with a 150mm fork? Someone is selling a 2021 Fluid FS 2 with a 2018 fox 36 factory fita 4 150mm for $2500 on marketplaces and I am highly considering it. Is there anything I need to take note regarding the fox fork, my main concern is it’s from 2018. Other than that I wish it had more rear travel but it’s still good enough and regardless of the price do you think it’s good idea?

I have a quick question, I am looking to get my first mtb and I have settled on the vitus, I just don't know what size frame to get or whether to get the 27 or 29, I am 6'1 and 270 pounds, does any one have any recommendations if not the vitus?

There might be few new options in colours/spec in the fluid, optic and sight but it doesn't look like it at the moment

The only 2022 model on the US website now is the Range. My LBS said they don't expect FS 22 models until August!
