You missed the Giant Trance X. Why do all of the KZbin people pretend this awesome bike doesn’t exist?

Hi what about the Giant Trance or the Trek Top Fuel or maybe even the Transition Spur? And when is the test on the T.E.M.P.O. gone come out or did I miss it? Ps.: All the bikes you mentioned are amazing in there own way!!! 😍

Nice to see Occam on the list. I have a 2022 model and love it (almost same geometry but no internal cable routing).

It's a great bike, looking forward to spending more time on it!

Геометрия всё же отличается. Современные ниже, длиннее и угол заваленнее. Но в старом нормальная проводка тросов и это огромный плюс. Хорошо что они Rallon не испортили пока😂

I was glad to see your comments on the Norco! I have the 2023 Norco Fluid FS A1, and I love that bike!!! It compliments my Norco Bigfoot 1S fat bike for winter and wet weather riding perfectly! Well produced video!

I would say that pivot and yeti both have 650b 160/140 bikes at the moment which out of the media world are actually doing pretty well as people move away from enduro bikes back to all day bikes that are light and just all round better for riding trails for a day.

Riding a new Scott Spark for about 6 months now, definitely like the remote lockout levers. Makes such a difference to go from full squish to controlled to near rigid. And I prefer to make that change myself.
@bikeradar Жыл бұрын
If you can get used to it, they are nice to have! I still think lockouts should be hooked up to a twist-loc style remote, they play so much better with dropper remotes

I have a Scott Spark RC and have done just that...replaced the Scott Twinlock with a Rock shox Twistloc Ultimate. Shimano dropper lever. Much prefer it ergonomically and a cleaner look.@@bikeradar

Headset cable routing gets your bike automatically disqualified from consideration. I hope this fad passes quickly. It’s the answer to the question that nobody asked.

Over 5000 for a bicycle seems insane.

@cyberfunk3793 What planet have you been on for the last 5 plus years...Welcome to 21 century earth: where everybody needs to get their money up....
@cyberfunk3793 Жыл бұрын
@@flow2tech If you get "your money up" you want to spend 5000 on a bicycle if you are not even racing? You can buy a used motor cycle with that.
@flow2tech Жыл бұрын
@@cyberfunk3793 please don't tell me your using that analogy..Nobody who's serious about cycling and being in the best cardio fitness shape of their lives is even looking at motorcycles.. That argument is played out..I have both My Enduro motorcycle cost less than my mountain bike..But my mountain bike gets far more use and takes me places the motorcycle never could..It is an apple to oranges comparison.. That is why I say get your Money..Different hobbies have differing price points and the prices are what the prices are in each individual genre ..Having the funds to play takes the argument out of the equation..It's that simple
@cyberfunk3793 Жыл бұрын
@@flow2tech And you think paying a lot of money is the way to get fit? 😂 Omg you are really brainwashed by marketing. If it has pedals and you ride it hard enough, you will get fitter. Actually the less efficient the bicycle is, the more exercise you get for the same distance and time. And if you only cared about fitness, all you needed was a pair of running shoes to achieve results. Fast more expensive bicycle is justified when you actually compete or need to keep up with others on group rides. For pretty much everyone else, it's just a status symbol, people compensating for something else they are lacking.
@flow2tech Жыл бұрын
@@cyberfunk3793 why is it about money with you..If u are serious about something and u want to have up to date equipment and entering events ..Then I hate to say it..U need up to date equipment..I highly doubt u take much seriously.. When u have ur money up the price is irrelevant..So as u say "paying alot of money" isn't actually alot of money in my reality...I'd not buy the best of the best..I buy frame only options and build them to my spec choice.. I spend more where certain higher end components give me an advantage and less where it's not as important.. It doesn't matter to me..But I'm NOT just willy nilly tossing money around like an idiot..It's called being smart about your builds ..Not being a compete cheap ass about shit because of money concern..That is where I think your issue lies..

I hate with the bike industry tries to fix problems that dont exist (headset cable routing).
@howarddavies136 Жыл бұрын
I like the way you phrased this because I'm now genuinely trying to figure out what they were thinking, and I'll be honest, I'm struggling. I thought perhaps it was to limit the number of holes in the frame to make manufacturing easier, but is that really any easier than just doing external routing and attaching lugs to the frame. Internal routing is something I'm fine with, particularly on Di2/AXS bikes because brake hoses seldom need replacing, unlike gear cables. But headset routing? Really? Why make it so much more difficult to do the headset bearings? Is it so shops can upsell you on new gear cables at the same time? Or perhaps increase the labour charge? I don't know, it just seems silly on anything other than Olympic-level XC race bikes chasing aero gains and even then it is such a marginal gain.

Arguably the most controversial trend since the last hub-standard change!
@johnlesoudeur365311 ай бұрын
I have a Scott spark and after stripping it right down and replacing all cables and the upper/lower headset bearings I found it pretty easy. Only irritating thing is to disconeect rear brake hose but not a big deal...and how often are headset bearings replaced!@@howarddavies136
