This may be off topic but I heard that lithuania is very cheap to live and very gun friendly, is that true?

Cheaper than in Germany, but something similar to Italy, not very cheap. In general it's nice, small and friendly country, veeeery clean (we love to have clean streets, houses etc. :) ). Regarding "gun friendly" I don't think so.
