My Targa 4S is being built this week! There is a deflector that you can use at the top of the front window that reduces bufetting.

People getting sick from an EV is not a "thing". A very tiny percentage of people are sensitive to speed or acceleration but it is nothing that needs a response. These same people would have those feelings in most other supercars or hypercars. I think the acceleration in my Tesla is simply hilarious.
