Ashley, how do I find out about REO in my state? I just located you on YouTude because my interest in Real Estate Investing. I learned what a REO is which I never heard before. Do the bank have to list the REO on the for sale sign. I'm in the State of Arkansas. Thanks for you sharing this informaiton.

I dont at trustee sales. If theres only one bidder, they get the property for $1 over opening bid.

No because the bank can’t profit from the sale unless there’s more than one bidder and the price goes up
