Hell yea bro! Just found your videos. And this was the first video I saw lol I’m setting up a fuel system for my 98GST right now 😂 Nowhere NEAR your power level… on a big 16g but it’s going to be fuuuun. I got a zeitronix ethanol content analyzer…. I just need some big injectors, a pump, and fuel lines. How do you like those Alpha injectors??

The Alpha injectors are great! They've been a wonderful upgrade for me and they carry some smaller models that would be much better suited for you.

I see these dsm with upgraded manifolds, convert to coils, cam gears, fuel rail yet your still stock and putting up good drag time.

Most people way overbuild for their goals, I like to keep it simple.

Did that have an old school Viper door lock/remote start installed? I have that exact LED in the dash vent, installed in the same place. Awesome build, hope to see it at Shootout again. I'm curious how those injectors will work out. The price is very tempting over FIC's.

Yup, previous owner installed the alarm. Hoping to make the Shootout this year.

Beautiful car. Tracks here require a cage if you run faster than 10’s. Just make the transition and weight reduction as much as possible since going have to make room for cage? 🤔

Love the content and your work. Are you running a -8 inlet fuel lab regulator?

Thanks! I run a -8an feed and -6an return, so the regulator is only -6an

@@jdxnc04 are you worried that the -6 might not be enough? Currently going through the fuel setup with a jmf cell. Part of me wants -10 feed -8 return. Not sure if I am overthinking

@@anthonymauro right now at idle my fuel pressure is set at 43 and doesn't seem to be over running the regulator, I went nines on the stock line so I think this should be fine

So I bought a 97 eclipse Rs a few weeks ago, it came with a 420a engine, and it had a garret turbo with a specter air intake, but I was wondering what the best engine for my car. My goal is about 450hp

Unfortunately the RS is not a good starting place to make power. You options are to dump a load of money to make that engine reliable under boost, dump a load of money to either Evo 4g63 or SRT4 swap it or dump a load of money on getting a GST/GSX. There is no easy way.

Look like you’re losing weight. I gotta say you have one for the best looking cars in our community. Have you considered a Vamos tank with external pump? I know there’s some weight saving there and you won’t have that saddle design that requires us to keep the tank on the full side?

I wish you guys up north got e85 easier.. I count myself lucky here in the upper midwest our local station test at 85-89% all summer long. What is the rules on making your own e85 up there? Least your finally on the corn train. 10 years i have been playing with it. Every single car i tune that once they tried e85 never went back lol.

I wish so too. As far as I know, making it here is perfectly fine but getting the materials to do so is just as cost prohibitive.
