I can live without heated rear seats, but for truck of that size with no rear parking sensors is absolutely a no go.

That thing is so boss! The top of line and biggest before commercial type trucks. I agree about duallies, I have a 2500 HD Extended Cab Long Bed single wheel and even that takes a bit more concentration. This truck is top of the line, love it.

I saw the 2500 at the NY auto Show .They had two of them and one was not that much more than a Colorado. Granted, it my not have had all the bells and whistles but had the 6.6 V8 and 4x4.

I would hate to have put 6 tires on that huge truck at one time! One thing I would have to have on this truck is the video rearview mirror camera. If you are towing a huge trailer that has to be on there for safety. Are other rims available on this? I really do not like those basic-looking rims? I will never buy a white car again. I have a white Fusion with the special paint and when it is clean it looks so good but since a car stays clean a day or less it looks dirty a majority of the time. Thanks for the video.

Because it is LED, it has the same refresh rate of 50 or 60 HZ as the camera, therefore you see the flickering as it sychronises with the camera.

What is your opinion on the 2024 Silverado EV? Do you think it is a good replacement to the gas version?

I think it will be great for average Silverado buyer as a gas replacement. If someone is towing frequently or towing long distances it would probably be a pain to charge.

Most people who own 1500's don't typically tow that often, and when they do it's pretty light at best, so the Silverado EV makes a lot of sense as a luxury truck minus the gas.

@@DaveBsellsChevy it’s sad. I’ve bought 2 new vehicles and paid under MSRP in the last few months. I’ve said it before, the dealer has a contract with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer can’t supply why charge the consumer?

Dealers adding on to msrp are being watched and will be remembered when everyone goes to buy their next truck. I buy a new dually every two years or less and I can tell you I will not be buying from the local dealer that decided to charge over MSRP. I made a call 4 states away and had the truck delivered and still saved money from what the local dealers were charging. So long story short stay at msrp or less. Don’t shoot yourself in the foot over a little extra money.

@@chucklohnes7652 exactly what I’ll be doing. I have a hard time being asked to pay more because a dealer is low on inventory, that is of no fault of mine. While I’m thinking of it I also flew out to Phoenix and picked up a new Buick my mother in law bought, she paid under MSRP and it was cheaper for me to fly out, drive it the 390 miles home then to ship it.

Maybe I'm just old school but I don't have any issues with the interior...I know I'm in the minority here as it seems like everybody else hates the interior on these new GM trucks but that's just my opinion. I like the fact it still has an actual gear shift lever.

@Larry Sutton i ageee with you. Not a fan of the interior of modern trucks. Too much electronics makes it a deal breaker for me. I prefer this much simpler.

Val outdated is the wrong choice words, because in reality the interior and electronics in this truck is no less capable than any of the others, what you meant to say is that the interior looks a bit boring. These older Chevy truck interiors don't really bother me much, I guess that's because I grew up with older trucks anyway, but that doesn't mean I don't prefer the newer interior design in the latest 1500s.
