Downhill Mountain Biking VS Sur Ron X! This was my first time riding downhill MTB type trails and it was sooo much fun! I know the trails get so much work and effort put into building them for MTB so I tried my absolute best to be respectful and not ruin any of the jumps or trails and if I did I would fix them, also went on a day that there was no one else there :) But if you feel as though I should not be riding on MTB trails on my Sur Ron please kindly let me know, thank you 🤍

You acknowledge that the builders put a lot of work into the trails and then you ride them on your motorbike.Don't get me wrong, these types of bikes have their place and the riding is great. But why do you even need a Sur-ron on downhill trails?

Going down it ain’t much different than a MTB. As you don’t need to put a lot of gas it doesn’t damage the trails.

yeah mtb trails are fun, so you should encourage others to build dedicated trails for e-moto and maybe ebikes too. your e-moto and ebikes accelerate erosion exponentially due to weight, tire size, and throttle, to name a few (imagine a day on a trail with several emoto - lots of shovel work and time). i'm not hating on ebikes or emoto (they're the future), but mtb trails are for mountain bikes just like hiking trails are for hikers . thanks, keep sharing.

Would you recommend a sur Ron to someone that loves dirt bikes but never had one or rid one love the sur Ron content I’m looking into this or just a dirt bike

yeah i’d say it’s a great bike to learn on since it’s completely automatic with no gears and stuff only thing is. if you’re going to get a dirtbike in the future aswell getting used to the gears and relocation of the rear brake will be a little confusing at first. but since you have the experience of riding now you’ll probs pick it up sooner :)
