Thanks for the quick tutorial that was super helpful. I’m picking up a RE soon and I didn’t get a chance to monkey with all of the different controls yet. This clip is a great launching point.

I'm glad it helped. Thank you for your comment. After a few hours of riding the bike, I thought I got somewhat comfortable with the interface. I liked all the adjustibility inside the modes. You can really change your ride experience with them. This is a pretty awesome bike. I hope to get a Rally Explorer when the time is right for me. Until then, I'll keep enjoying my Tiger 800.

thanx for the demo. . I'm fixing to spring for a 1200 GT explorer from a 10 year old Super Tenere Just got the urge for a bike with serious power. Tenere is a great bike. I tested a GT exp;orer and I don't know what mode it was in but my Tenere feels a lot more responsive at low rpm.

Agreed, the Tenere is a great bike and a little different from a Tiger 1200. That new Tiger 1200 motor pulls from everywhere in the RPM range which will feel different from that Tenere. Good luck with the GT!

Enjoyed your vid, Jay. I'd ask that Triumph also display the ODO reading at startup & shutdown, like the prior Tiger 1200s. It's now buried too deep in the interface. I record the mileage after each ride & at each refuel. Other than that, it's an amazing machine.

This screen UI is a joke... A big retangle with a round rev and this tinny speed

Those displays are a joke. What the heck is happening to this Brand ????? No mileage on the defaut screen ! Guys (or girls) from the Interface engineering = You're fired ! And this is one of the reason I keep my old bike !
