@@jordanyeohfitness yes, I want to be serious about fitness this year. I did your workout regularly in 2021(even 21 days challenge twice) but I was not serious with diet. This time I'm considering to be serious with diet and I will report you healthy changes in 2023.

Thanks a lot for these workouts.Though i m not loosing much on scale but i can see difference so i guess i am gaining some muscles too. I love so many pushup exercises in hiit.I got strength in my arms and legs too. 🙏

Most of us are following him since 2020! I discovered his channel in march 2020 (when all the gym were shut) But even after when gyms were opened, I didn't left his workout and enjoy doing it regularly. I find comfort and connect with his workout. 🇮🇳

I'm 100kgs and doing this without pausing video. But It's quite slower than I expected. I must do better and faster next time to lose more fat. Thanks for the motivation video, sir

@@jordanyeohfitness yes sir, jumping exercises always kill my legs. Especially split squat in level 5 and 6. I have to use alternative exercise to complete. I believe I can mangae them in the future. Thanks for your valuable advice. And happy new year Sir

Today is 27th Dec 2022, and I just did another round this routine. Anyone still doing this? It is a good full body workout that I incorporate into my other calisthenics exercises. Thanks brother Yeoh for making exercise program like these ;)

Now I know why he take it "slow" and not to rush through it, until you try this route with him ;) This is indeed a full body workout. Max heart rate reached 188 bpm!
