Sounds good both do for a i4. Some become extremely droney and annoying these not that bad at all. I still think for a 4 cylinder, a flat and boxer 4 sound sound a little better.

what's going on with car industry recently??? Apparently any car now can reach 300 HP ?? When I graduated from college , not too long ago, 180 - 200 HP was way way way too crazy. To get closer to 300 hp had to be upper BMWs etc.

Akrapovic is optional, but you can order it directly from VW. It’s a collaboration between VW and Akrapovic.

Still sounds like a vacuum. OPF and resonator delete will take care of that ;), unfortunately that voids the warranty.

Still sounds crap. The quieter these cars are the better. Impressive cars technologically but they always have and always will lack character. The least VW can do is make the R a 5cylinder or maybe even upgraded V6/VR6...
