2022 YAMAHA KODIAK 700 PLAYING IN THE MUD

I just picked up the Kodiak 700 special edition from my local dealer and wow was I impressed what this machine can do! I will not be doing anything like you are because my property isn’t that big but watching you and seeing what the machine can do is really impressive! I bought mine mainly for work and sometimes play, I do have plans on taking it to a trail for a trail run but with work and the weather I don’t see it happening soon but Let me know if you want to see a video of what the 2024 model looks like! Just curious if you ever had any issues with the belt or clutch or anything else with the bike after hard use in the mud like that. Pretty impressive for a stock factory machine

Thanks. Planning on getting a 700 and watching what it can do. I feel like the best possible upgrade for this quad is the best pair of aftermarket mudding tires. Seems like they would make it shred super hard. Tires from the dealer stock look mediocre.

I’ve heard that upgrading the tires makes a big difference. I’ll be doing a 6 month’s review on it very soon. I’ve just been super busy

I put a set of 27 inch wild thangs on my 2018 Kodiak 700 its makes a big difference, I never did anything to the clutch yet still pulls good. I'm going to get the ehs tuner and air box soon should wake it up a bit more.

that thing hittin the rev limiter in reverse is normal there should be an over ride button on the handlebars if ya press that it'll let ya run it in reverse full throttle

Yeah they are actually not bad for stock tires I got new radial tires going on i run high speed on hard packed most of the time
