I can`t wait for mine ...ordered in Legend Blue....and you are right...the new bikes are in my point of view as well really nice to ride...I have now a 1994 Yamaha YZF 750 which I really like but when I rode a MT09 SP from last year I fall in love with everything "new". I am 1,76 cm and this was also a very important information for me because I like to have my feet on the ground....you have a new subscriber (KZbin and Instagram) :-) .... I think this generation of the XSR900 is far prettier than the previous generation. I have ridden the previous generation XSR900 and feel that there are many less unique features than the XSR700 appearance. The power of the XSR900 is pretty violent indeed, but it’s a lot of fun to ride, and it’s terrifying. In addition, I don't like the sound of the three-cylinder XSR900 very much. Compared with the four-cylinder, there is a grainy noise. But overall it's a really good motorcycle

That’s nice to read the comparison as I haven’t ridden an older xsr900 or xsr700 at all. But I’m a big fan of a grain in the motorcycle sound. That’s character to me :)

I love the look of the whole bike…apart from the seat. I think Yamaha missed the opportunity to call in an outside designer for a “ump”😅

people complaining about the looks but sometimes heritage is more important than perceived aesthetics. I was about to buy a speed twin but this bike put a pause on that thought. it added quickshifter up/ down and cruise control which the speed twin doesn't. I've gone to Yamaha for test ride to no avail. it's the only thing stopping me from buying it.

Same here wanted a speed twin but didn't feel right while sitting on it . The xsr is beautiful in its own way and cheaper better equipped than the triumph and rides like butter

Labas. Papasakok kaip dėl sedynės kietumo ir pačio sedėjimo. Ar jis patogus raidint ramiai, mieste ir keliaujant pvz 2-3val. Ar nera per sportiska sedesena, nera pasilenkimas per daug? Nes video atrodo labai esi pasilenkusi i prieki, neatrodo patogu... vos ne kaip ant britvos.. ir sedyne nera per kieta?

You and your kick-starter (you shouldn't have let on you were kidding). I liked this bike - maybe a retro custom project? (expensive donor bike though, just an idea). Trying to work out where the test was? Looked UK at first, till you passed on the right of cars and then the lovely country house - definitely not the UK. My guess Italy somewhere? Great review.

How comfortable is it compared to Indian scout bobber

I haven’t spent longer then a day on either of them so can’t tell you how it is comparing on long journeys. But for a day had no issues (no back, wrist pain) on neither. I can say both bikes are more comfortable then my Sportster that’s for sure.

Честно сказать, меня тенденция переводить все дорожники на класический образ уже начинает подбешивать (нервировать) ,когда это все начиналось то была какаято изюминка во всем этом ,а сейчас когда разьве что слепой невыпускает дорожник в стиле восмидесятых а дорожников в современм стиле 2-4 ,это уже начинает напрегать.Обзор хороший ,лайк.
