2022 Zwift Academy Tri Team - IMWC Kona

The Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii is the final destination for our six athletes on the Zwift Academy Tri team.
Follow their journey from selection to the team, a training camp at Specialized headquarters in Morgan Hill, California and traveling to and racing on the Big Island of Hawaii.
The class of 2022 had the most incredible experience and this is their story.

I love these documentaries but I'd prefer to see slower athletes in the Zwift academy not top of the end age groupers. Let's see if Zwift, the coaching and better equipment can improve them otherwise it defeats the object of entering the Zwift academy at the start.

You've chosen the wrong type of athletes for the academy. Most/all of these guys are simply amateurs who have the lifestyle that allows them to train 25+ hours a week and are already racing at a high level. Hardly amateurs. Pick people relatively new to the sport that is showing potential, not someone who has been in the sport 10+ years.
