Maybe if they actually fixed the shit racing that has never been good ever in F1, it would be as popular as basketball or something. Even Indycar has had good close racing since the 90s. Very young drivers for the most part, aren't they? Very little respect for the rules. Top of raidillon and Blanchimont are commonly 4 wheels outside the track. Every time I go to Spa it's the same thing.

As an American, and a huge motor sports fan. I must say, though I acknowledge that NASCAR is actually pretty difficult contrary to popular belief, this kind of circuit track racing is just so much more exciting to watch, especially in the rain, going to 200+ kilometers an hour, absolutely spectacular, not to mention the skill involved, awesome just awesome.

@@rabomeister F1 is hit or miss depending on the current state of team development. In short there hasn’t been much competition in F1 since 2021…. You could say the constructors championship was pretty competitive this year, but was it really? I’m pretty sure everyone already knew McLaren we’re gonna win the moment they brought their upgrades to Miami, from there it was hardly a battle since redbull only has 1 driver (technically speaking of course lol) and Ferrari are about as consistent as the weather. They’re either the fastest that weekend or nowhere near the pace, unlike McLaren who was always there near the top and Max who single handedly carried the team lol. Hopefully next season will be far more interesting but unless Ferrari or redbull make some big changes, it’ll just be another 2023 season except with McLaren winning every race and no one complaining since it’s not Max Verstappen and red Bull doing the dominating lol.

This is the best on board I've watched. I really don't like on boards for several reasons but this is different.... Very clear onboard camera, alot of vibration and shaking but it doesn't feel overkill, the track cam at the bottom left isn't intrusive to the main pov.. The commentary is in the bg and u can hear it but it ain't mixing with the pov sound to the point where it sounds like a mess. Even had a lap or 2 where the commentary was muted to listen to just the engine. The text in the bottom is easy to see and informative, especially if u don't know much about driving in the wet... Idk why im simping this video so much but it just felt really good 👌

A lot of people assume wet roads the problem is hydroplaning. But a damp Track can be like ice on certain tires with wrong pressures as he stated earlier. You can see his constant corrections when he leans into a corner the slightest bit to fast. He’s getting under steer at low speeds , very clear to me the track is dangerously slick. Nice work been patient and waiting for something to present itself instead of trying to force it.

I see people saying that playing on a pc with 100% reality its the same as the race, but look at that. Imagine to be inside the car racing and sometime with this condiditions. Just stumbled upon your channel and i must say that im flabbergasted, as someone who loves sim racing and looks forward to one day maybe race stock cars im completely in love with these pov’s, its so intriguing to see how similar it is to race in spa on GT7 and to race in spa in real life. i've been making similar comments on the official channels. they almost entirely remove the sensations and perspective of the drivers - which is the perspective MOST viewers are interested in! (but they have bills to pay so they prefer the long camera shots that show all the billboards)

Very cool! So much understeer on entry, but I guess that might be the safer bet in these conditions. Radllion requires pretty big balls in these conditions :P I can see that track limits are a bit of an issue there with the amount of time you can gain on the following straight.
