I struggle sometimes with finding balance between allowing kids to relax a bit after school and then transitioning into doing homework, chores, etc. moving to dinner time. Hope that makes sense. My mom passed away on the 2nd of this month… it’s going to be really tough this year, a prayer would be nice. I’m a young mom of 2 and it’s been difficult trying to be there for my family iv created knowing they won’t have my mom to watch them grow up.. i feel like something is missing, even though i didn’t try hard enough to see my mom more often than i could.. please hug your moms and dads and get everything off your chest that you can… because once you get that phone call, it will really change the rest of your life.

Awww didn’t take it that way at all! I filmed this on the morning they were at their dads so I go to the early am workout class and then pick them up from him to take them to school. If I have them at home, since it’s just me and I can’t go to the class, I try to ride the exercise bike before they wake up!
