Never saw such a home like this on this channel. I really love the vibe that this very lovely lady had done to this house. Before she said it at the end of the video, i saw all these elements (and others) throughout these really good used minutes of my time. Wow! Thank you H&H for giving us something very different from the interiors you usually show us, particularly in the typical Toronto city home (I lived in one for many years). I love how eclectic it is. Very unique personal style that’s interesting and just lovely. You can see the English influences, particularly with the wallpaper choices, and picture galleries.

I like their taste in decor. But man I absolutely hate when people take the charm of older homes and just gut it. 😩 Why buy an old home only to remove all the character and charm that stood for so long? Once you take all that out, there’s no going back. You can’t get that stuff back no matter how hard you try. Anyway….I know that’s not everyone’s thing obviously.

@sachinthomas7042 I think the theatrical, dark carved wood, antique mirror is the 'imperfection' in this kind of design style. Everything about it's heritage and size says No. But this owner says Yes. Yes to family, heart, and tradition over Design Rules ☺
