How’s it feel with the new intake? Was the install easy too?

@@gswaim88 feels pretty much the same. Any extra throttle response or faster spool may just be a bit of placebo effect at the moment. Extremely straightforward install. Could not be more simple.

Have you noticed any problem with heat? Really leaning towards this intake but worried about heat soak.

No. But I don’t have real temperature data. The intake does look like it would do a good job at keeping heat away from the intake filter as the oem air inlet from front bumper is being used, and the box seems to seal itself from the engine nicely. Im sure it not as good as the stock box, but doesn’t look like it would be bad.

I purchased a 2024 CVT spec tech do you know of any good legs or blow off valves? Yes, I know it’s the automatic but I definitely want to hear it. Lol.

My question is.. did you have to unplug the battery during instal? Some cars need an ECU reset

No... It IS good practice to always disconnect the battery when doing aftermarket installs to a vehicle. However I did not disconnect the battery.

I don't have this on the car anymore as I thought about selling the vehicle for something else. However for the few thousand miles the intake was on the car I did not experience any issues.

Not in the slightest. Does not alter anything tuning wise.

Does the Integra also have that jerky shifting on the manual? Or did they fix the rear motormount on these? Thats the only thing I dont like about my FC1 1.5T Manual... That when you try to drive it smoothly at normal speeds, that it slightly jerks a bit on shifting, unless you let it slip more. Nice car dude, wish they sold these in Europe.

@@wheats0276 Meh, suppose you can also fit the PRL motormount to fix it. Haven't gotten around to it myself. Partnumber is PRL-HC10-RMM for the civic. You'd have to check if it fits the Integra too.

How do you get gauges to display like that? Without all the info crap

The one on the right you can scroll on the steering wheel to the option where it says “no info diplayed” and it will show no info. Then the one on the left you scroll to “display options” click into it then click “audio/clock” and select not to display audio/clock and it will go away

Not really. You can just take it off if something happens with the car and take it into the dealership. They would have no idea.

That's a short ram intake and unless you got the car tuned, you lost horsepower for more sound
