I think those " Tenebro " band members are fans of the italian horror movie " Cannibal Ferox ". There are some images on that release you showed. The poor guy tied to the stake I am interested in " Savage Ruins " , and that OLKOTH is availible to listen to on KZbin. I would probably miss most things if not for other channels picks. Thank you so much for your kind words here Liam. It's very obvious from your comments that you have totally understood what we were trying to do with this EP. Doing Malediction again was not about nostalgia or revisiting past glory, or recapturing youth or something like that, not for me at least. It was to do something that totally destroyed our past efforts and set a new bar and a new standard for us to build off to do our thirty-plus year delayed debut album. Sometimes stuff just needs the time to grow into something else, I think. I'm glad you enjoyed. Your comments have made my day.

Waldemar is an absolute legend… & brilliant to see he’s done a zine to compliment his brilliant releases! I’ve not heard that ‘Savage Ruins’ release yet… but I do love a bit of Thrash in my Death Metal! That ‘Sanctuarium’ is superb… & has been getting plenty of spins in my cave recently! Rich & the boys in ‘Malediction’ have unleashed an absolute beast haven’t they! I’m nothing but impressed with it! Waldaemar is the man for releases! We are lucky boys he has such poor taste in KZbin channels and who to promote them haha! Savage Ruins surprised me with how heavy it gets in parts. Thrash is hit or miss with me but that one really settled in well with me. Malediction is certainly one the best eps of the year for me easily! Cheers for watching mate 🤘🍻💀

Definitely some stuff to investigate here. I am familiar with Tenebro and their fascination with Italian horror. Next to music my other obsession is all things horror and I especially love the films from Italy. I probably own 80% of the films they put out during the 80’s and 90’s. Great update Liam. A lot of good stuff from Morbid Chapel. Sanctuarium is damn great, both the demo and the new album. Busy Marc know how to create good music. Got that Malediction tape, sounds very good, apart from the snare being a bit clonky. Need to give that Tetragammacide a listen soon, been putting it of for some reason..... Cheers. 🤘🏻🤘🏻

Worm Altar is thick isn’t it? I finally found the Demo on Discogs and got a copy. Tenebro is nasty and almost Mortician(ish) at times. Excellent stuff! I hope a copy of that pops up here soon. I had a Forbidden Tomb album can't remember who I gave it to as it didn't click with me but it's probably better listened to on headphones in the dark. Let there be rot is a nice easy sick heavy head banging listen. The Soil Throne has some great riffs quality ep. Some nice stuff in this lot a few of which I wouldn't mind getting.
