I've literally missed every single one of those albums. I do know Völva though, as I have a cassette tape that they released on Deadbsngers a while nack. 'Promises Unfold As Lies' or something to that effect. Excellent crusty black metal! I have no problem with leftist or feminist black metal.

Another solid list there again Liam. I haven't stopped listening to Crypt Feeder at all, so much HM-2 heaviness. I have Eclipse Of The Sun - Brave Never World ready to go once I've finished work tomorrow. Awesome video as always! 🤘🏻

Gave a quick listen of Eclipse of the sun and it's interesting, he manages to make it sound different mainly with the way he layers the vocals - love death doom but most bands in the genre sound the same, rarely these days you'll bump into a band with recognizable sound

They're dead good, elements of Candlemass but also some of the more sinister bands like early MDB. Was real surprise to me but happy it was!

Wait for the January sales haha! Must be some bands that do that! Yes I think mine will be a tad different from others but you never know. I haven't watched any yet so will leave that until later this month. Cheers again for the box of goodies mate, really overwhelmed me but i've since got a grip and have enjoyed sitting down with all of them. The skull babul was very popular with the kids! Just to clarify - the guests on our demo were the bass guitarist and drummer on both tracks - Idna and Havenless from @deheubarth (Doomy black metal from Wales ex-Desecration, Extreme Noise Terror, Fen, Angelivore, Irony of Christ - we go way back) - and yes we still have some copies of the 7" left! That Saidan is killer, so catchy. Some of the best BM of the year. I read they incorporate Asian pop influence- hence the artwork- also why it sounds poppy in parts.

A good showcase of new releases there Liam. That Ard album is ace, I picked it up a few months ago and it got repeat listens. Annoyingly i've left it at my parents though, which I won't be going back to for a while. The Eternal Rot split is very good as well. Still need to check out the Coffins release.

I have one album by ‘Funeral’ & really enjoy it… so I should check out their other stuff really. That ‘Marble Orchard’ sounds interesting. The new ‘Mother Of Graves’ is high up on my wantlist… as their previous release is superb. Always good to see you my ‘Room of Doom’ brother!🤘🏻

From these wounds is certainly their strongest album imo but i love them all. As the light does the shadows was my introduction to them, that even has Rob Lowe from Solitude Aeturnus singing on a song. They're all great after that so it's all depends on your mood i guess. Cheers for watching mate

Sorrow's Forgotten Sunrise ep from 1991 is a great overlooked deathy doomy album. They recently released an album after decades I believe.

Mother of Graves is so killer! Their new album has so much to offer in riffs and killer vocals, and the guitars and drums also sound epic! I'm gonna try out the new Funeral too. Jade is great and Crypt Sermon is awesome 👌 great recommendations man!

What a list! As usual, I found some new gems thanks to you! I really like the Jade, Sanctuarium, and Mother of Graves suggestions you made, as well as the Marble Orchard. I've been listening to that Avernus record, and it's so good! That's a contender for album of the year for me. I also love how they rose up like a phoenix after all these years. You always give me lots of inspirational material!
