2023 Arcade Loft Tour! How Many Arcade1Ups Are Left?

Here is my End of 2023 Arcade Loft and GameRoom Tour! How Many Arcade1Ups do I have left? I used to have somewhere between 20-30 of these things all over the house! I spent the Holiday Weekend cleaning, organizing and getting my Arcades and Pinballs in order. With all my Real Arcades and Pinballs downstairs it's nice to finally have any and all Arcade1Ups that I have left in the Loft. We'll go over some organization things I tried and what Arcades I have left and why. Will all these machines stay? Absolutely not LOL you know me always looking for newer and fun ways to play these games we grew up with!

Very Nice! It always amazes me that most people who do this on youtube never have a big space. They always have to cram stuff or get rid of stuff. I have a huge space that could hold all the games but not enough money to buy it all LOL

A lot of Cartoons from the 90s were Preparing us for Today. Street Sharks Represent Genetic Splicing or DNA Manipulation, and Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes is about GMO 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

@@PDubsArcadeLoftyou do know that you don’t always have to buy toppers from joe sabo ? If you use your creative imagination you can make your own from Arcade1up boxes themselves by using a Stanley knife or just buy a poster and stick it on to some wood and then you have made your own and also saved money 😊

Yeah i expect those to be an ever shrinking presence in game rooms lol. Some of them i really like though. I just have the one multicade from recroom masters. The Xtensions Jr Streets of Rage legacy cab. 1-4 art, it's using a pi with Virtualmans. Which makes it into a kick ass jukebox when not being played, and my ALP. Which looks dated after only a year or so. 😮‍💨 If i get my old job back, i'ma get the 4k ALP eventually. Just hope it's in time for the Monster Bash table... also @games better make a Monster Bash table lol. Great room, the mods are an inspiration.

The overall size of the XL Pacman makes the thickness of the mdf look really thin. It has a Chet Holmgren/Victor Wembanyama type of visual trick happening making them arms look extra skinny.

Like the variety ya have, whether it’s different arcade companies products or mods. And the decor is key to enhancing a room too….bells and whistles! Have a variety of arcades as well, all modded bc I can’t help myself, with the decor shoved in every nook and cranny around them lol. Thanks for showing the loft-cade Dubs.

Seems the Arcade1up's have survived - mine have too. Love to replace them with real machines but it seems only Arcade machines - might soon join the Pinball club and that is when I leave the hobby sadly.

DEWD,firmware update for Pac-Man xl is the best news I’ve heard! I have pac mania (same pcb iirc?) and it’s unplayable in current form. Can you elaborate?

Their social media guy Travis mcp said they are aware of the issues on the pacman xl and are working on a firmware fix, that's all we know so far.

One option to check out for your Donkey Kong counter top would be an Arcade SD from Phoenix Arcade. It's pretty expensive for what is essentially a well done mame frontend but it's nice that its a Jamma PCB. It definitely has better DK audio than playing on the Pi.

PDubs, First off, THANK YOU! This is the video I've been waiting for! Great collection! The Alphacade is a must, one of my first machines (different variation, but those sweet Suzo HAPP's!)! Polybius is a must! So glad I have it. Using all but one port right now for my mini arcade machines. A game changer! It's funny, Pac-Man Plus, the game, is one of my least favorite Pac-Man games, but that cabaret cab is one of the most BEAUTIFUL cabs Arcade1Up has made! So cool you were able to get one! Dude, your new organizational setup is AMAZING! As 2Dai4 might say, "Clean as a Mutha!" I better stop gushing as you know me, a novel might ensue. But just wanted to thank you for bringing us into your home arcade. It's a masterpiece! vgv

For the Vewlix use a mini PC better than a Pandora Box. You can play Teknoparrot and Steam Games with it getting all the 16:9 big arcade feeling.
