I really love this All-new red 2023 Audi RS3. Brilliant job with your videos as always Ben.

Awesome car, but I really wish it was offered with a leather wrapped flat bottom wheel and a manual transmission. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll ever see another Audi in the U.S. with a clutch. They’ve given up on us
@ethenjordan20107 ай бұрын
Audi just did the colors and packages right in this car. Blacked out the important things. Such a great car.
@mauricetoussaint72837 ай бұрын
Not in the UK. They don't let us have the RS interior styling pack and you don't get a flat bottom steering wheel on the highest spec. I had to order mine without power tail gate and pan roof, just to get the carbon spoiler, skirts and mirrors - plus the flat bottom wheel. At least I could get the ceramic brakes and top speed increase to 180mph optioned. Had the car 6 months now, very impressed. Only negatives are some cheap looking interior plastics and the B&O system is terrible. Lots of cost cutting going on in this car. Mine's a sportback in tango red, much better than the sedan in my opinion.

What you prefer, this RS3 or the M340i? I believe that will be a good comparison. Same price roughly
@levyanthony379 Жыл бұрын
it is the comparison as of now.... and id go for rs3 simply cause of the performance... 0 to 60 in 3.5?! man this even does compete with the m3 competition too... but instead of spending 75k pounds id rather spend 2/3 of the amount
@DarkHelmet1976 Жыл бұрын
The RS3 is better in almost every way. More powerful, the versatility of AWD, more sophisticated rear differential and of course, that amazing 5-cyl. The M340 is a great car but other than having a nicer interior, it loses to the RS3 in almost every way.
@sbklvr Жыл бұрын
I'd take the rs3 but that b58 motor is a powerhouse in the bmw.
@adrianesteves3260 Жыл бұрын
Only way to figure this out is test driving them both. They both great cars. Only thing is that the RS3 is a top of the line model while the m340 is not an M3

The manual shift speed is dependent on throttle input, it will upshift faster the more throttle you give it
@JaegerWrenching Жыл бұрын
It takes longer on the up shift because of where you are engine RPM wise, you also have to understand that this is a automated manual with one set of gears on one clutch and the other set on the other. IE: gears 1,3,5,7 on clutch A and R,2,4,6 on clutch B. When you're driving around at lower RPMs in manual shifting mode, it assumes you're more likely to call for a down shift rather than an up shift. So the trans is in the lower gear and all it has to do is switch clutches, aka fast shifts. When you are at lower RPM and call for a upshift it has to mechanically shift the trans to that gear and then switch clutches, aka long shift. It isn't until you get up in the higher RPM area where you'd be more likely to call for a up shift then the trans will move into the next numerical gear and have a quick upshift. This "long shift" is the only real downside of any "dual clutch" or "automated manual"

From the sound of it, that $1,000 add on of the RS exhaust with black tips is not worth it. Better to just get it stock, and thne buy yourself a custom exhaust

Sucks because I think the same. But you don’t get the “black out” package without it.

@@ApimpNamedSlickBack663 What a ridiculous assertion. Tons of people still care about stick which is why the take rate on Porches with sticks is 50% (for example). And yes, they are slower but they are more engaging and for many people, the increased driving experience is worth the 0.3seconds in a drag race.
