2023 Botswana Recce - Episode 4 ~ Savuti

This is the 4th Episode of our 2023 Botswana Recce.
For this trip we are a convoy of 4 vehicles! During this trip we are visiting places such as Elephant Sands, Hunters Road, Chobe NP, Linyanti, Savuti, Khwai area and Khama Rhino Sanctuary.
This episode focusses on traveling from Linyanti to Savuti and surrounding area.
We had some fun in the sand!
Savuti is surprisingly different from the rest of the Chobe NP in that it has dry riverbeds, rocky outcrops, pans, bush areas and some interesting downhill and uphill sections. Makes for an interesting 4x4 adventure

Hi Barry, I had the Dunlop Grandtrek AT1 on the vehicle at the time. (Now fitted 33" BFG's) Pieter on the FJ has General Grabber A/TX Lionel on the Hilux has BFGoodrich Most pressures were around the 1.5 Bar mark Thank you for watching
