2024 Central Kalahari Game Reserve (CKGR) - Khutse - Short Trip

We decided to do a quick trip to the CKGR, and visit a Khoisan village and take some supplies. This was the perfect excuse to get out to the African wilderness again.
On this trip, Pieter joined me. He towed his offroad trailer as he made some changes to his trailer and wanted a real life test. Perfect excuse!
We left Johannesburg at 02:00 in the morning taking a leisurely drive to the Skilpadshek border post. Refuelled in Lobatse, and hit the long road to the Khutse gate!

Sorry to hear about the bad roads. Did you perhaps use the eastern road towards Moreswe - that was the worst one for us. The western road past Molose pan and waterhole was better Thank you for watching and commenting!

Not a fun road. But these do change with time, so maybe the next trip it would improve. We can hope right?
