I liked the chat at the end of the video. There's a lot of people watching that are doing it to day dream of buying a house and your inner thoughts might be helping someone out there.❤

I enjoy this special message at the end. Each of us are battling something. I’m going through one right now. It’s seemed hopeless, but one thing about me, I won’t give up because God won’t give up on me.

Great home! we have done a few mortgage loans in the area many of these homes are at a price point that many have been able to afford. Definitely a growing city! I have relatives there and you get the best of both worlds, you are close to everything but you get that quite small-town feel. Also, check out the oldest city in the country St. Augustine! Great video so glad that you are talking about more than just the home you are shining a light on the area as a whole. Make sure you get pre-approved by a local loan officer like me so that you can take advantage of these homes before they go.

Why do Florida homes not have windows embedded in the garage door? And side regular windows? And no molding around windows inside.

Do these developers in Ocala ever heard about Bay Windows, and window over the kitchen sink???

I agree, not sure why carpet is needed, especially in florida, but also the layout of the bathroom doesn't flow very well

Thank you for leaving your car out of the video. I thought using your car as a prop was tacky and made you look insecure (like some of the lady Realtors that walk around like models, focusing the camera on themselves rather than the home). You make very nice, high quality videos. Keep up the great work!

There are 2 things I do not like about ocala. 1.)you can have a nice house and right next to you is some run down house that they don't take care of their homes at all. It's very odd. You HAVE TO see any home you are considering buying in person NEVER buy off the Internet without seeing it. and 2.) Homeless. There are homeless everywhere. Every street corner has piles of garbage left by homeless begging for money. They live in the woods. Drug addicts most likely. I hate it when they glare at me when I am sitting at a light, waiting for the light to change.
