Did you use the factory nuts and bolts from can and or super atv bolts the 4

I used the factory bolts, and lots of loctite lol. I wanted to used the supplied bolts, but you would have to remove the front diff. I got lazy and worked around it. Not the best way to do it, but I have kept an eye on them all summer and everything is still holding...

Great vid. Any issue with the upper left a arm bolt replacement? Did it hit the smart lok diff actuator?

Thanks! Yeah, it hits the actuator, CanAm could have reversed the bolt orientation and that would have easily solved it. I'm not exactly proud of it, but I just kept those ones in, and used some loc-tite. I plan on removing them completely to replace them, but I didn't at the time. Not my proudest moment, but I'll keep an eye on them for the short term, and make fixing a priority after break in.

you simply pull out the back bolt all the way .pull the front bolt as far as it go .removed the A arm in an angle and it will comes out. I did all my bushing a while ago .good luck .

@Angel Asuncion that works to get the a arm off but not to remove the top passenger bolt. You need to remove the actuator or slide the diff back.

You didn't have to drill those rivets. That plastic comes off with the bracket after removing the 4 nuts that hold it on.
