It takes a couple days for springs to settle. I'll bet if you measured it today it'll be about 1/4" lower than when you measured coming out the shop

You're absolutely correct, although I haven't measured since coming out of the shop but I bet the same thing. I might go with coil overs in the later stages of the mods.

Nice man! I’m looking to get the lowering springs and the Velossa Tech snorkels installed this summer. Did you also get a JB4? Been wanting to buy one but just not sure if it’s worth it or not long term.

Yeah I have the jb4 at hand along with a bunch of other mods(intercooler, Snorkels, Takeda intakes), just need time to install and vlog about it. On my previous video I speak about all the mods I have at hand but my editing skills have gotten better since 😌. Thanks bro!

Maybe I missed it, but what springs? I have basically the same car, a 2023 G70 3.3T AWD Sport Prestige, and the front lift bothers me a bit. I still want it to be practical especially if it snows (I'm also in NY). The lowering that you did looks spot on.

It's a Launch Edition G70, paint is called Verbier White (mat white)

Genesis calls it Verbier White. But it has a mat wrap look to it but it's the actual paint job. From what I was told it is triple coat painted.

Do these mods void the warranty?

Any mod can void warranty. But dealer has to prove that the mods actually is the cause for the car malfunction (whichever that is). Mods that release air flow such as cold air intake, secondary downpipes, custom exhausts etc.. don't usually void warranty. Dealers won't care much about mods outside of engine tuning(jb4,custom tunes) cause then you're putting stress on turbos/engine. My exhausts are getting put on very soon. More vids to come!!

Depending on which G70 you got. There are forums you can join up that talk about mods. Also, the Kia stinger GT is the same car (chasis, engine,transmission, not same body) so the same mods for that are out for that car will also work for our g70's
