The speaker sounds very familiar. I went this summer to check out a Pow wow in Lower Brule. He sounds like the speaker at the Lower Brule pow wow. He sounds like a cool guy.

I found out recently Bob Barker from Price Is Right was part Sioux and a tribe member of Rosebud Reservation in Mission SD.
