It is a real struggle one I understand so we'll it'd be cool if they really give extreme bands a real chance like this. I'll be honest I'm super picky about deathcore but I will never talk bad on Will Ramos's vocals that dude might very well be the best extreme (non clean) vocalist in the whole extreme scene. The best in the scene I'll say though might be the vocalist of Akoma never heard sopranos vocal use so well in metal.

Unfortunately death metal and deathcore has never been nominated for a Grammy before. The heaviest bands ever nominated are LOG, Meshuggah, and Gojira (twice). That's not saying much though because they're hardly what anyone can call death metal. They're about as extreme as the Grammy's will ever get most likely. Who knows though. Maybe Lorna Shore will get the nomination they deserve one day. Their fan base is pretty fuckin huge rt now.
