Hi everyone! My Habit Tracker has always been a prized planner in my lineup and 2023 was the first year I wasn’t regimented about using it. Mid-year, I made a 14x14 grid countdown/tracker and didn’t double-track my workouts and daily habits. It was a year of grit and most days it felt like I was simply surviving, doing everything I could and the minimum self care required. I look forward to getting back to tracking in 2024. What I love about the system is that I can change the habits each month, and most times, I do because there could always be nuances in what I need to track. I hope this helps!
