Thanks for making this. Nice to hear you liked the FB. I traded in my Street Glide Special for a '23 Fat Bob in all black. Best looking H-D cruiser IMO especially that chopped fender, bars and light. Little things I miss about the SGS creature comforts,, but for the riding I do now (backroads, short trips), this fits me perfectly! I will own this one for awhile and do some mods.

How many miles do you get per tank? City or highway?

I'm 62 years old, 40+ years riding, about 30 bikes owned. My first HD ever is the '23 fat bob in gray haze and I had about $8K worth of parts installed before I rode it home 200 cold (for Phoenix) and windy uncomfortable miles... Loved your ride review.

So do you regret buying it? I’m thinking of getting one.
@SmittyAZ Жыл бұрын
@@bobbylee3567 No. I knew that I was buying a bar hopper and there are better HD's for a 6'3" 300lb guy. It's a great bike and a lot of fun to ride. I have 12 bikes, so I was covering the cruiser segment.

I have had 18 bikes (I’m 48) and I love the Harley Fatbobs) i also have a street glide which I love but since riding this I’m loving it!

I like Fat Bob, Heritage and Softail Standard all 3. Its a tossup but I'll wind up with one of those 3 next time I get one.

I got the 2018 as a second bike to my street glide and I love it more than the street glide if I traded my street glide in for another what would I get? Enquiring minds wanna know lol

I agree it looks smaller in reality but on the plus I am 6ft 4 and I had plenty of legroom, rear brake seemed at a strange angle to me , need some better weather and I will test ride .

I picked mine up two days ago if you walk in with cash I got mine for 17,500 but I love it only got 40 miles on it so far but I still have my Electra glide for long hauls but after riding the fat bob I will be adding fairing and rack and taking it on long rides again you can always talk them down a little even if financing

How you get it below 18k?
@GODSWORD118 ай бұрын
@@khrisstake2210 low ball them to start out with. Don’t buy from a Harley dealership if you can avoid it. Contact a place like Lucky U Cycles (Wildwood, Florida) and tell them what you’re looking for. They will find it for you at a much better deal. They can also ship it to you. Talk to Alex. I’m sure there are many other places like this, but this is the one I’ve done business with. I bought a ‘21 Low Rider S with 900 miles for $12k. Of course no warranty or anything else but it was a steal.

I test rode one once. Great engine preformance and it looks cool but I didn't find it nimble at all despite being one of the smaller M8 Harleys. Low speed handling was poor, and the bike did not want to lean at all.

Im not knocking your bike but the dyna is the better one easy to work on less break downs and more comfortable to handle and affordable since they are used.

@shawn_82 I have to take a second look at it. I focused on the gass tank when I looked at it. The tank looked narrow and too small to get any range out of the bike. I think it's the tank that makes it look small. Overall, I like the looks of the bike. I used to own an M109 boss, and it did not look as big as my old bike, although it was priced more.
