What can happen when the battery runs out? Do you have the same performance in that moment or you should wait for some charge from the engine? I know that when you need more energy for instant power the engine will produce more but... Could there be any chances where the performance might drop? Thx for the intertening ride

The computers will always make sure the engine charges the battery well before charge is depleted. The problem with plug in hybrids is that without the battery, power is vastly reduced but the clever Honda full-hybrid system ensures this never happens!

why in first acceleration sound doesnt "change" gears and in second one does?

Je vois quelqu'un qui conduit une voiture dite économique comme un stupide jeune qui se croit sur circuit alors qu'il est sur une route, les accélérations dans le vide sans aucun but (dépassements) c'est vraiment une conduite stupide pour ce genre de voiture, mais aussi vous n'êtes pas sûr circuit.

Not this time. It doesn’t have cvt, and it doesn’t even have a real gearbox. It uses one, fixed gear ratio, as the ICE powers wheels directly only in specific scenarios. Other than that it just revs freely, delivering power to the electric motor. Long story short it may act as a cvt but in reality there is no gearbox whatsoever.
