Its not a lemon . Those things are hard to start to begin with but you giving it gas trying to starting your flooding it out while starting it and making it harder on yourself .

​@@Jhaa01a cable is pulled lifting a cylinder with a needle and opens up the carb for air. The throttle tube has no connections to fuel down the line.
