I purchased a new Civic sport touring a few months ago. This came out and is very Civic-est. Now the CRV cabin is almost identical to the Civic. I'm ok with that, however if the new Accord is going to end up just a big Civic I think I'm going to be disappointed. I am planning on trading up in 2-4 years. Guess we find out next month.

For about the same price, you’re in a Mazda CX-30 Carbon Edition, which is superior in pretty much every respect IMO. With the added bonus of not looking exactly like a Ford Escape. I do like the interior on these though.

CX-30 is a lot less roomier. Adult passengers in the back will be very cramped. I do like the CX-30 though, just on the small side.

The car does resemble an Escape. I think adding a hybrid engine like they offer in Europe would improve both performance and fuel efficiency.

Mazda, Honda, Toyota. Even Subaru are all a good choice. Depending on needs and preference.

''Just like a civic wagon'' ...civic wagons of yore (1984) were much better brilliantly designed if this is the case it is also missed as was the Venza 2008-2017 (consider as the camry wagon) compared to the Camry sedan.

the outgoing model looked playful and fun, with clean lines and a bit of ruggedness in the stance -- the new model looks cold, business-like, and less like an suv. The honeycomb vents inside look like an electric razor. The whole thing looks like a boring, mazda inspired car. Also the 'up and down' switches on the steering wheel are terrible. Kia also used these on their outgoing sportage and they are the most uncomfortable and hard to use controls. Replacing buttons with gimmicky controls is a huge fail.

unfortunately doesnt come with a truck cover. had to pay $140 plus. also disappointed with the backseat experience with without vents, charging parts and arm rest. car drives well though as i drove from a roundtrip from california to new york. Corolla cross might be better for value. you can get an AWD LE toyota corolla cross without some of the backseat features the hrv doesnt have for the price of a FWD hrv sport

I test drove the Corolla Cross and did not feel that the quality was as good as the 2023 Honda HR-V.

I really want to like this car but it has a terrible powertrain imo. Taos is much better with 186 torque at 1750 rpm and automatic or dsg transmission

best in class? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Toyota, Mazda, Kia, and Hyundai are so far ahead that a honda owner needs binoculars just to glance at their rear fascia.......🧐🤨🙄🤣
