Looking strong, and continuing to enjoy your channel. Revving up for track season here in Australia. Looking forward to seeing how I go at pro running, which is handicap style racing (not sure if it’s a thing in USA?). Grass tracks, odd distances such as 120m, 300m, 550m, 1 & 2 mile events. Haven’t ran track in 25yrs, but training nicely and building that speed endurance/ lactate threshold as I’ll be targeting the middle distance events, with some 300 & 550s thrown in for fun. Keep up the great work and all the best for Honolulu marathon 🎉

Been following you on Strava and your HR is sub human. Especially given your health issues how you can go out and run as fast as you do at such low HRs is crazy to me. Keep up the great work!! Love the videos as always.

SICK vocoder skilllzzz lolol. As a runner in his 50s, I definitely appreciated the dynamic warm up. So easy to skimp on it.

Great job Sage, you are definitely getting after it! One thing I don't recall you talking about lately is mental toughness and battling through those negative demons late into a race. Might be a good video topic.

Great video, Sage! I'm so happy your health is seemingly improving and you're making gains in your training again. Do you have any treadmill recommendations? I've just recently moved into the mountains above Boulder to Gold Hill at 8500 ft. With winter coming, I've been considering purchasing a treadmill for my home. Thank you, and wishing you and Sandi a happy and healthy holiday season!

I hope you're getting over you limitations. I think it was really hitting you after 50 mile so I'm curious if you'll be able to go all out without worry for a marathon. I just started a training program after my own health issues. Just on the second week of training for 13.1 mi as a way to "get in shape to get in shape". It's been a very long break so I had to start all over again from no base at all. Luckily it seems my fitness is coming back quicker than I thought it would. Although I'm not even through the second week so we'll see how it goes, so far I'm happy.
